We are delighted to present a unique and enriching opportunity at ICF/MZ—the Quranic Literacy Program—an all-encompassing course specifically designed for adults of all ages. Whether you are starting your journey from scratch or aiming to enhance your proficiency in reciting the Holy Qur’an, our dedicated classes provide a nurturing and supportive environment.
These engaging sessions will guide you through a step-by-step process, equipping you with the essential skills to read the Holy Qur’an with fluency and precision. Our program offers comprehensive instruction, helping you establish a solid foundation in Quranic recitation. Furthermore, for those aspiring to commit verses to memory, our expert guidance and support will assist you in achieving your memorization goals.

Program Objectives:
- Learn to read the Holy Qur’an from scratch.
- Develop proficiency in reciting the Holy Qur’an with the rules of Tajweed.
- Memorize selected portions of the Holy Qur’an under the guidance of qualified instructors.
- Revise and retain memorized portions of the Holy Qur’an.
Brothers Class:
Led by Imam Yahya Mulla, it takes place every Monday after Maghrib Prayers at the Islamic Center of Fremont (Irvington Ave.)
Sisters Class:
Led by a qualified instructor, it takes place every Friday after Asr Prayers (6:30 PM) at Masjid Zakariya.
