Nikah Request

Request a Nikah ceremony through the Islamic Center of Fremont.

Share the information ICF needs for an initial review, including the people involved, your preferred date and location, language, officiant preference, and interest in premarital counseling.

  • Submitting this request does not confirm a Nikah booking, date, venue, or officiant.
  • An ICF representative will contact you about availability, requirements, and next steps.
  • Please do not enter Social Security numbers, identification numbers, or upload identity documents through this form.

ICF / Masjid Zakariya Prayer Hall Regulations & Guidelines

Please review and acknowledge these requirements before ICF can book the event.

  • Only Nikah events are allowed inside the Prayer Hall.
  • Professional photography is prohibited inside the Masjid.
  • Dress code: All attendees must wear modest and respectful attire.
  • No decorations are permitted in the Masjid Prayer Hall.
  • Segregation: Ladies are restricted to the Women's Prayer Hall and gents to the Men's Prayer Hall.
  • No eating, drinking, or serving food is allowed inside the Prayer Hall.
  • Prohibited activities: Barbecuing, smoking, and alcohol consumption are forbidden throughout the building, grounds, and parking lot.
  • Building capacity limits must not be exceeded.
  • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • The facility must be clean before and after the event. All equipment and personal items must be removed.
  • The event must not interfere with scheduled congregational fard salah.
  • No speeches or talks are allowed inside the Prayer Hall unless approved by ICF.
  • Payment: Please provide a check payable to Islamic Center of Fremont.
  • Violations may result in immediate event termination at ICF's discretion.
