Barakah Project is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, established in October 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our mission is to support families in need by providing monthly packages filled with essential food items such as rice, flour, meat, lentils, cereal, honey, and other staples.
Each month, on the second Saturday, our volunteers deliver these packages directly to the doorsteps of families in our community who need them most — including but not limited to:
- Elderly individuals
- Refugees
- Single mothers
- Unemployed individuals
- Those with health challenges
- Low-income families
In addition to serving the community, we also provide volunteer opportunities for high school students to earn community service hours while making a positive impact.
